1. Services

She Cleans Collective provides professional cleaning and concierge services through a network of independent subcontractors. Services are subject to availability and suitability assessment.

2. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are based on information supplied by the client and may vary if service scope changes. Quotes are not binding until confirmed.

3. Subcontractors

All services are carried out by independent subcontractors, not employees of She Cleans Collective.

4. Access & Preparation

Clients must provide safe and reasonable access at the agreed time. Failure to do so may result in cancellation fees.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated within a reasonable timeframe. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

6. Quality & Issues

Any service issues must be reported within 24 hours of completion.

7. Liability

She Cleans Collective is not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or matters outside the agreed scope of work.

8. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services at our discretion.

9. Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
