What’s Included in Your Airbnb Turnover Service

This page provides a clear breakdown of what is included in your standard Airbnb turnover service, as well as what is not included and may require an additional service or charge.

    • Strip and reset beds using clean linen provided onsite

    • Make beds to presentation standard

    • Dust and wipe all surfaces (bedsides, lamps, furniture)

    • Vacuum floors

    • Light reset of room for guest presentation

    • Dust and wipe all surfaces (tables, TV unit, furniture)

    • Vacuum and mop floors

    • Tidy and reset layout for guest presentation

    • Empty bins and reline

    • Light reset of space for guest arrival

    • Strip & reset beds using linen provided onsite

    • Dirty linen placed in designated area

    Premium Linen Management

    • Commercial laundering

    • Dedicated linen sets

    • Inventory tracking and rotation

  • Light Consumables (Included – If Onsite)

    • Basic top-up using supplies stored at the property (e.g. soap, tea, coffee)

    • Limited to a quick reset (under ~10 minutes)

    • Excessive dishwashing

    • Heavy build-up or neglected condition cleans

  • These services can be added to any turnover to maintain property condition and consistency:

    • Deep cleaning

    • Linen management

    • Replenishment (we source supplies)

    • Window cleaning

    • Balcony cleaning

    • Same-day / priority turnovers

    • Excessively dirty properties beyond standard guest use

    • Excess linen or towel usage beyond agreed allocation

    • Last-minute bookings (under 24 hours)

    • Access delays or inability to enter property

    • Parking costs where no onsite parking is available
