  • What area do we service?

    We currently service all of Melbourne, including CBD, South-East, West & selected Northern suburbs. If you are unsure, send us your postcode and we’ll confirm immediately.

  • Do you clean homes or businesses?

    Both. Residential, commercial, Airbnb, and NDIS.

  • Do I need to be present at the time of cleaning?

    No. You can either let us in or leave a key/ lockbox.

  • What products do you use?

    We use a range of different products and have eco friendly options available.

  • How do I book?

  • Do you bring equipment?

    Absolutely- we supply everything to make it as seamless as possible.

  • What's included in each clean?

    We offer Basic, Deluxe and Platinum packages. Each has a clear list on our services page. If you have special requests we are also happy to accomodate just let us know when you enquire.

  • Is the errand service only available through the platinum package?

    No this is also available as a one off service. We can quote you either per task required or for the amount of hours you request.

  • Are the cleaners insured?

    Yes. We partner exclusively with subcontractors who carry their own public liability insurance and have up to date police checks and ABNs so you can feel confident knowing your space is in safe & professional hands.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    24 hours notice required.

  • Who handles the errands & extra support?

    All non cleaning tasks are completed by our in-house team.

  • Errand services we offer residential clients

    For residential clients, we offer help with light organisation such as wardrobe, pantry and fridge resets, as well as laundry folding, bed resets, small home refresh tasks, and simple errands including parcel, post office, pharmacy runs, grocery top-ups and handling returns or exchanges.

  • Business client errands & support we provide

    For business clients, we provide workspace resets, meeting room preparation, light paperwork sorting, post office and parcel handling, supply top-ups and general admin support to keep your office running smoothly.
